For our current clients we can make some changes to your policy through email or over the phone. In the table below are some examples of changes we can do through email and a list of the information we will need.

Just complete the “How can we help you” section at the bottom of the page with the necessary information. If we have questions we will call or email you. Once your request is complete you will receive a confirmation email.

Personal Insurance Changes

Adding a Vehicle – what we need

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Year, make & model of new vehicle
  • VIN # of new vehicle
  • Assigned Drive
  • Vehicle Coverage Desired
  • Leinholder information, if any
  • Effective Date

Deleting a Vehicle – What we need

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Which vehicle we are deleting
  • Effective Date

Changing a Mortgage Company – what we need

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Morgtage Company name and address
  • Loan Number

Business Insurance Changes

Requesting a Certificate

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Name and Address of the Certificate Holder
  • Copy of Insurance Requirements
  • Type of Certificate needed (Property, General Liability, Work Comp, etc)
  • If a condo association – we will need the name of the association, unit owner and unit #
